Extremely Poor and Fraudulent Service by MY TRAVELS TIME LLP:
(Written on 16 Jun, 2025)
What's Good: I had one of the worst experiences with MY TRAVELS TIME LLP, located at GM Tower, Plot E-281, Phase 8A, Mohali. Their services were shockingly bad — I've never encountered anything (Read More) like this before.
In particular, Anand from the agency turned out to be extremely fraudulent. I lost a significant amount of money. Once you pay the advance, everything changes — suddenly it's all "no, no, no" from their side. You're left with no choice but to either forfeit your money or accept blame for things that are clearly their fault.
I have full documentation and proof of their fraudulent practices. The initial itinerary and the final documents did not match, and several agreed-upon locations were simply removed. They falsely claimed that this was what had been discussed. I repeat: I have all the proof — every document, every communication.
Please, I strongly urge everyone: do not go by Google ratings alone. I did — and it was a huge mistake. The experience was not only disappointing but also financially damaging.
I repeat: this individual is not trustworthy, and the services are extremely poor.
What's Not Good: Once you commit to this agency and pay the advance, everything changes. They start refusing even the smallest requests, constantly saying "no" to anything you ask. If you try to argue or clarify, they demand more money.
If you don't make the full payment exactly as per their "travel plan," they threaten to cancel your trip. They impose arbitrary deadlines — for example, "If you don’t pay the full amount by 2:00 PM today, your trip will be canceled." Even though my trip was two weeks away, they insisted on 100% payment immediately.
Anand, the main point of contact, stopped taking calls, constantly saying he was "out of station." But when they want money, they chase you at all hours — including weekends and late nights. If you try to reach them on weekends or holidays, they reply with excuses like “today is a holiday.” This is not a travel agency — it’s a fraudulent and manipulative organization.
They never accept their mistakes and refuse to accommodate even small timing changes or basic adjustments. I faced tremendous trouble and regret choosing this agency. After speaking with other travelers, I realized how convenient and flexible other companies are by comparison — allowing easy plan changes or swaps based on personal preferences.
Important: Always compare the initial document and the final travel document. If there are discrepancies — do not compromise.
They completely changed my itinerary without notice.
Example:
Initial Document – Day 2 (30 May):
“Singapore City Tour – including Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, Gardens by the Bay, Orchard Road, etc.”
Final Document:
“30 May 2025: Singapore City Tour – ON SIC. Pickup from Value Hotel Thomson at 09:45 Hrs & drop back to same hotel.”
No sightseeing details were provided in the final plan, and when I questioned it, they simply said, "This is your city tour." All promised locations were removed.
Visa Handling – Another Nightmare:
They charged double the amount for visa processing but never handled the process themselves. I was forced to visit a third-party agency, submit documents on my own, and follow up multiple times. Worse, they provided outdated documents that were rejected by the visa authority. In the end, I had to manage everything myself — a complete waste of money and time.
Final Warning:
Please do not trust this agency based on Google ratings. I have all the proof, including documents, WhatsApp messages, and screenshots, showing how they manipulated the process and caused significant financial and emotional stress.
Do not choose MY TRAVELS TIME LLP or deal with Anand

Thanks Mr. Ravi for writing us your review.
As you have mentioned that you have all the proof regarding our mistake, we kindly request you to please attach all those screenshots and evidence so th (Read More)at the customers and viewers can clearly understand who was actually at fault – the travel agent or the customer.
We have taken the exact amount which was agreed upon, and yes, there was a clear timeline for the payment, which was already informed to you – that the complete payment must be made 15 days before travel. However, as per our records, you made the full payment just 4–5 days before the travel date.
We were requesting you repeatedly to complete the payment on time because we had to pay the hotel in full in advance. If the payment wasn’t made, the hotel would have released the booking or charged extra for rebooking, which you were not ready to bear.
Regarding the visa amount – we have not taken double payment. In fact, you made the payment directly to our visa partner without our prior confirmation, whereas we had already cleared the payment to them from our side.
During the call, we had clearly informed you to submit the documents only and not make any payment directly. Also, the visa partner is not a third party – they are officially our visa partner, and all visas from Hyderabad are handled by them.
Also, at the time of boarding your flight, you had a serious argument in front of the IndiGo Airlines counter. For the first time, the IndiGo front desk staff called our company landline and complained that our customer is creating a scene at the airport.
Secondly, in Singapore, you also had a dispute with the cab driver. After the city tour, the driver asked you whether to drop you at the hotel or the city center, and on your request, he dropped you at the city center as it was lunchtime. He clearly mentioned that this was a shared transfer and no driver would come again to pick you up. But after having lunch, you insisted and argued heavily, and he even tried to file a complaint with the local authorities.
We would like to show all customers your evidence as well as ours, so they can judge themselves whether we did anything wrong, or whether you mentally harassed our team during your Singapore trip.
We provided the same hotel, same room category, same meal plan, and the same list of activities as finalized. Even after fixing the amount, at the time of payment, you wasted 2 full days again trying to negotiate the cost.
Moral of the story: Everyone should listen to both sides before reaching any conclusion. Let the customers and viewers decide who was right and who was wrong.
We are waiting for you to share the documents at the earliest.
